- Electrostatic
- On-Site & In-Shop electrostatic system using the latest state of the art equipment producing nearly 100% transfer efficiency of paint to surface.
We offer epoxies and urethanes including low VOC formulas to meet LEED standards. The preparation process and optimum product choice will ensure a long lasting product with excellent scratch resistance, color retention and corrosion protection.
A wide selection of standard colors are available and custom colors can be matched for a minimal cost.
- Powder Coating -

In-Shop with field support from our On-Site crews. Very high transfer efficiency and oven baked finish for fast curing and delivery of completed items.
Powder coating is a modern environmentally friendly process. Since no solvents are being used, VOC emission and odor problems are eliminated.
We sandblast the surface of your material (if necessary) prior to applying a coating to provide an exceptional face for the powder coating to adhere to. Sandblasting increases the adhesion and durability of the finish.
A wide selection of standard colors are available at no extra charge enabling you to easily choose a color in order to save time and money. Custom color matching is possible and can be accomplished for an additional charge. Multiple textures with multiple color finishes are available including metallics. We also offer special primers, rust treatments, and conversion coatings.
- HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) -
- On-Site & In-Shop painting for fast production and high transfer efficiency allowing the use of paints and products not compatible with electrostatic equipment.
High-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) painting is an efficient paint process that can be applied on-site or in-shop. A broad choice of products and a wide selection of standard colors are available.
- Sandblasting: -
- Sandblasting removes years of paint, oil, and dirt to produce a clean surface for applying all types of finishes. With our own sandblasting facility, we are able to be in control of the entire process from start to finish. We can pick up and deliver your finished product to a location of your choice.
